Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Audiologist to join our growing team at Speech + Hearing Center. You will lead our audiology department, conduct advanced diagnostic hearing assessments, fit and program hearing aids, and provide exceptional patient care for individuals with hearing and balance disorders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic hearing tests.
  • Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, verify, and troubleshoot hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Provide patient and family counseling on hearing loss, hearing conservation, and device care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior audiologists, interns, and clinical staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech-language therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated with the latest audiology technologies, clinical practices, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Audiology (or equivalent recognized qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical audiology experience.
  • Valid professional license or registration to practice audiology.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
  • Experience with pediatric audiology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
